There's so much here. Tatchy, we've talked a little bit about your own lived experience and some of your research with social justice and STEM and the underrepresented populations. I'm going to ask a completely unfair question to that end. Because you share what comes to mind that each of us might consider doing to raise our critical consciousness. Something that you can think of that before we've raised it enough, we might start doing to take action in those areas which we have influence.
