The Other Heresies of Nature
The second book, heresies of nature, is deeply personal. My my husband's sister had multiple scerosis. Her husband sent her to live in the rest home during the last rt portion of her illness. The novel is about a woman with multiple cerosis whose husband commits adultery. To me, that was the most compelling part about the novel, is that, is that you work so effectively to garner sympathy.
