Civic Tech: A Grounding Document

Cid: I actually had a cocktail with Erica Hall right before the holidays last year. She told me about this book that she's writing to kind of try and shift something in the design world. And all of a sudden, the piece is fell into place that I could potentially write a sort of a grounding document for Civic Tech. Cid: It'll be quite interesting to see what states like California where I live do in that situation.
