The Power of Intentionality
Every meeting or every interaction with a person is a data point. You get to know a lot about somebody's intentionality, with the style in which they write and the manner in which they respond. Sometimes it's never the business that kind of makes you interested about a person, it's the person in it's in, in enough themselves that you want to invest into. If you can't have a relationship with somebody, if you don't really have that gut feel that this is a person that I can see myself working with, it's a very difficult project to sell internally to yourself.
