The Value of a Fork in a Market Economy
In a market economy, it's just whatever you're willing to pay for it. So the value is really becomes a function of our desire and the amount of importance that we imbue something with. That notion that those items should be valued for their usefulness seems to be a little bit of tension with the notion that there's ways of having usefulness.
