The Battle of Bachmout
Evgeny Progosian is reaching the upper rungs of the ladder that he's been climbing since the 1990s. He has come to symbolise wartime Russia, ruthless, shameless and lawless. The front lines of Bachmout have been compared to the Western Front of World War I. Their advantage is in numbers. They are murders, criminals, rapists who came to get their ticket for freedom. It hurts for me to watch how Russia destroys everything in its path. We met recruited convicts by a pregosion.
