What a Mind Fuck!

I still think of her often and friends from high school will post about it on social media when it's her birthday or the anniversary of her death. She was just about to graduate high school and had her entire life ahead of her. I remember our senior yearbook did a special tribute to her that year. And knowing that whole sequence of events after the fact would be so mind fucking to me. Like all of these stories like finding out afterwards like the 25 years afterwards knowing that your stepdad was like this brutal murder. Knowing that was happening like after the fact right as you were doing that. Yeah. What a tale to end on.
