GPT-4 will eliminate one of the great annoyances of life, which is how crappy customer service has gotten. The cognitive load of the problem was too high for a $17 an hour person bottom line. People can produce vast amounts of marketing, spam, and disinformation with these LLMs. We're going to need personal information agents, just like spam filters, to be our interface to the information sphere.
