The Yellow Vests and the State

The yellow vests are very much in the same range of question as the one in the US, actually. It started about the question of ecological taxes. The thing didn't go anywhere because people kept demonstrating against the state. So I'm very worried, the state which is able to obtain this thing for health and you show yourself that even in Africa, there are lots of ways to obtain that fairly coherent health system. But they just dabble at the margin with a few things like electric cars, and that it's not the spirit of the scale of the mutation.
