The Importance of Faith in a Tracker
Aang goes by himself to track his uncle. He realizes that at some point he has slipped into... not unlike Iroh slipping in and out of a slipper, he has slip into the spirit world. I think when he had that accident that kind of shocked him to the spirit realm that we don't realize until he goes and he tries to talk to Katara and Appa, but they can't see him. It's just like Patrick Swayze and goes like, I'm right here. But no, you're not here. Oh, Ghost. You guys let me know.
