Are Your People Technically Good?
People are promoted into leadyship positions because they are technically good. Yet, it's a different skill set. You can have somebody who is technically brilliant and a social path, or just literally lacking the skills they need to create engagement. And often, by the way, that is not their fault. The least harm i believe organizations can do is if they're going to recruit people into leadership rolls, give them what they need. No workshop ey runneris ever going to make a sosho path a leader who can build trust. Just don't employ him in the first place. Yes?
