The Effects of Breakfast on Obesity

Eating three meals a day is one of those things that without doing a whole episode's worth of research on is best summed up as our bodies are complicated and more research needs to be done. From what I read throughout the years and also specifically for this episode kind of like brief overview, it doesn't seem to matter at all how often you eat six meals a day versus three a day of the same calorie count. There is some evidence that eating too close to bedtime say within an hour to will spike your blood sugar and insulin which can lower your melatonin which can make it harder to sleep. But there is extremely weak evidence that breakfast is that most important meal of the day.
