The Effects of Mental Fatigue on Lifting Performance

Mental fatigue has the most clear effects on lifting on like back offset performance volume load or repetitions to failure performed with the squat. One thing that seems to do the opposite of mental fatigue to back offset performance and actually enhance it is what's called post activation potentiation (PAP) PAP can be time efficient, you know, is safe to do for the most part, and it doesn't have a monetary cost. In that case, it's probably worth a shot.
