You can have inflation with a rising dollar. I hate using the term hyper inflation, ecause i think it's way over usd but you could see very high levels of inflations on the periphery. The other thing i would say is it's possible we go into deflation too. Its just matter how they land and at what time they stop. But whether it's an inflation or deflation, or whether i get labelled with an inflation or a deflation a brush, it doesn't really matter. The point is is that fio currencies are losing value.
