Claire: I found it was very hard to deliver in the evergreen. This is actually why I'm moving my membership to a cohort model starting next week. So now bringing everyone in at the same time, we are doing like automated reminders to go out obviously via email. But my client's success coordinator is actually putting in like a start date for every person. Every time they finish a module assessment, she like updates that in a saunalike on a personal card that they have. And she'll be able to basically get a sauna reminders to reach out to people if they're not like getting through the content when they need to be.
