What's Your Alternative to Originalism?
The late walter dellinger was in that category before us in the academy. John eley wrote a very important book, the most important book and constitution of his generation. Not all originalists agree with our critique of ro or our embrace of am obergatelm but if the of the day, you know, as a law person, i have to tel you what i think the law is.
