Even though someone's poor, there's going to be an emphasis to make them feel good about what they have to offer. In all three instances, it says, a pleasing aroma to god, a talmud. To tell you, regardless if you'e brieng something really big and expensive, or you bring something very small, that's not what god wants. God wants your heart. If you commit your heart to god, then god is happy with your offering.
