I'm joined by Beth Gulotta, LMHC, Founder and Owner of NYC Therapeutic Wellness, and host of Quiet The Clock Podcast. Beth and I discuss the societal pressures that many women face to meet their person, settle down, and have children all by a certain age. We hear how Beth met her now-husband at 34 and why she's glad she didn't meet him any sooner.
