What Is Auto Suggestion?

A person who thinks for themselves never drift, while those who do or no thinking for themselves are drifters. A drifter is one who permits himself to be influenced and controlled by circumstances outside of his own mind. We refer to cases of involuntary auto suggestion, in which e person impresses suggestions upon himself without intending to do so. Each time we don't encourage that, we have the opportunity to ask ourselves: What are we actually suggesting ourselves?
