"This is my first time speaking with an actual experts on the topic other than, you know, the various psychiatrists and people I've spoken to," he says. "It's a very misunderstood diagnosis. And a lot of people would even say it doesn't even exist." But like depression and PTSD and bipolar disorder, we don't have an exact brain scan or blood test that says you've got it - but there are some tests that can be helpful.
