Is Meditation Changing Your Confidence?

The data on meditation are promising. There have been a couple of papers showing that meditation training can improve objective metrics of metacognitive sensitivity. But these improvements are graded, they're relatively subtle. So what I think that means is like we don't yet know what meditation is changing there. You know, what is meditation changing about the confidence formation process, like the introspective process? We just have to wait and see.
