What Is Programmable Money?

CBDCs are already here in various forms and various stages of development. They can be central bank issued, peer-to-peer or a commodity money like gold. CBDCs will operate at different layers of the monetary system. The world is trying to prepare for this rather than combat it; we're trying to opt out.
