How Do We Get More Attention?
A lot of what we do when we use our devices, it's very unconscious. And so the important thing is to make these kinds of unconscious behaviors more conscious. If we can bring them into our conscious awareness, then we can be intentional with them and we can act on them. So how can we do that? The first step is to become more aware of the behaviors we're doing.
