LZ Granderson's son chose not to go on a mission because he didn't think it was right for him. LZ: I have these remarkable children and you would have me somehow be disappointed in it or feel, you know, sad about them. And so I had this flash of inspiration that has guided me ever since. It was look at him through non member eyes. My heart changed. We're given formulas and they don't always work out into the blueprint that we think will happen. He says people need to look at our children through some other eyes.
