How to Dose for Ketone Infusions

Ketamine is well tolerated even with drug errors up to very high doses without major side effects but lidocaine we have to be safer so we calculate based on their ideal body weight. The protocol says you can go anywhere from 0.5 to 1.5 make per gig per hour and what i tend to do is base this on the patient's uh comorbidities if they have any problems with um their liver function or if they are already sleepy and sedated.
