Covid task forest was set up by California Gov. Jerry Brown to improve health outcomes and commerce in the state. The study found a linear relationship between these two things, with better health outcomes leading to more commerce. But it also showed that when bad health outcomes were made worse, there would be an impact on commerce as well. This is how covid got its name: "Virus" or "virus-like virus".
