The Story of David in the Old Testament

In the story in 1st Samuel 21, there's a spy. A spy on David. And so what's interesting then is that you then, the Pharisees are in the role of Doag the Edomite - not a nice person to be imitating and Saul. Jesus said, if you had learned what this means, I deserve mercy on the sacrifice. You would not have condemned the guiltless. So it's some interesting connections there that I find very intriguing. That's the big picture we want to walk away with.
