The Importance of Fruit Consumption

Fruity for some reason maybe just because I've heard it all my life. Does resonate a little more with like a gay than anything else. High fruit and vegetable intake is associated with a 46% lower risk of diabetes and females. However in this particular study there was no difference in males. A 2019 study of Americans found that only 12% are getting the adequate amount of fruit in the first place.
