The Loneliness of Leaders

Leaders are lonely at the top because they have lots of deal friends and not so many real friends. There's just nobody who isn't lonely, who doesn't have real friends. And part of the reason is because a lot of times their spouse is a deal friend too. So I have to do a lot of remediation.
