I agree with you on so many points. I think a result of our top down nature of both thinking and society as opposed to, listen, society is a complex adaptive system. And in complex adaptive systems, all emergence comes from below, not from above. We're optimizing for cost and efficiency, but none of the things that are important for human flourishing. So this business of world creating, that's leadership. The business of getting the right quarterly report numbers, that's management. They're profoundly differentThings we've become too focused on getting the number right instead of getting the story straight.
