I'm at a loss because I don't have my normal, my normal weapons to fight back against this argument. The way you know from doing what you do, you're not a study of thousands of people. There's exceptions. Oh, absolutely. Absolutely. But the fact that the change would be so rapid and so large makes it difficult for me to take that tack. It also coincided with teen spending less time sleeping. Sleeping is absolutely key for both physical and mental health. And that's a huge risk factor for depression and self harm.
