There is a growing migrant population here in japan. Hisis a lot of international students moving here from like a vitnam, philippines, chinat. Even for people who are half-japanese or half something else, they're not fully accepted as true Japans. And i think tied in with that, as well as the etiquettendand the cultural norms that everyone is just a kind of except expected to conform to.
