The Effects of Cushioned Shoes on the Foot

There's a particular action that there's really for cushion shoes do on the foot. So basically they're saying, yeah, because the bones in the feet are obviously moving through foot strike. But with the foam underneath, the compressive foam and the energy return provided by that foam carbon plate combination, what they're saying is that there might be more movement of the novecular and cuneiform bones. There's going to be some more research into that aspect I already mentioned.
