Assessing the Value of a Company
The whole crux of the game is to understand or forge a path through which you're going to realize that value. There are many different routes you could take to get your money back and more of just plus the return. Assessing the value of a company is what you do for stocks. And I do the same exercise for thevalue of a company for distressed bond, meaning yes, there could be hard assets, planes or intellectual property or contracts. But it's also the value of the cash flow.
