Is Twitter Liable for the Billion Dollars?
Twitter will sue elon musk in delaware, and that will begin a massive trial with huge, mega coat firm lawyers on both sides. The trial could take up to a decade wy resolve. If there are difficulties ngetting approval from the shareholders, which there may be, i think the transaction will be cancelled. I think everybody will point fingers at everybody else, but realistically, it will be ilan musk who backs out of deal.
