The Best Sprinting Workouts for Beginners and Advanced Sprinters
Hills are a fantastic workout for beginner or advance sprinters. Do anywhere from six to 20 sprints, depending on the steepness length. Running at 100 % effort is only necessary if you're competing and attrack. You can also add in a park workout or body weight work out too.
