You have the freedom to take risks, as long as you keep the company above the water line. Many of our long standing businesses, or even things that are in work to day, have out of dabble time. The founding people of the elixir strings all had exceptional track records, so we all had the freedom to do more than probably less experienced people on a project at gore.
