Sex Based Affirmative Action in the US

There's a lot of sex based affirmative action. Some schools do affirmative action now, but it's not nearly as widespread as the US. You see that in Europe in many places. What I would say is that the cultural shifts came first and informed judicial activism. It will lead people to take interpretations of the law that are either incorrect or are extreme.
