How to Overbaked Cake

I'm always determined to just like find a way out of something even if it seems like it's a mistake. My whole philosophy towards cake baking or especially layer cake making is that we're adding layers of flavor through things like you know creamy fillings and flavorful soaks. I love baking these real thin kind of absorbent spongy cake layers that sort of can handle bitter coffee, boozy tequila soak or fatty coconut milk.
