What's the Consistent Point of Berdhagel?
I thought that the reason was because, precisely because the corps obligation was not unbinding, isn't that what made it consistent with bird hagel? I mean, you could say bird higgle doesn't really apply, right? Because bird hegel was intended to apply to legal you don't legally. So in that sense it's consistent. But i think even if you said that berdhagel is ambiguous on that point, it still addresses both prongs. And so anyway, a, the arguments from the white house were not at all accurate. You know, it was all about, this was going to kill the us. A, didn't allow for the possibility.
