The Mosaic Law and Tora

The mosaic law was not meant a for non israelite people to sort of conform in the way that is Israel did. God had already liberated them, Tora follows liberation. And so when he ah sees his non jewish communities being pressured to conform to the mosaic law andto become jewish,. That's a violation of what the mosaic law was intended for all along. So that's why he makes these these statements that can be interpreted negatively, but idon't think that they are negative statements about the mosaic law as it is or in itself state.
