The Transition From a Technical to a Finance Oriented Career

A mitchell hasha moto, who he hid on the podcast, basically worked his way down the rung to get down to an i c position. But what i'm very curious on is that you've had a very extended history of being very technical, rolls ahead of engineering. You have since moved into a managing directo roll at red, which is very much involved with investments and, you know, growing companies. So like is is an engineer, as somebody who's technical, can you speak to the transition from going from that technical aspect to something more finance orientated?
