The Supreme Court's Outspokenness on Religious Freedom

The Supreme Court justices seem to be becoming much more outspoken on this, and not taking as much crap from the media. Well, they're not playing politics. They're just following the law. And that's good because they've been attacked in the undermining of the court. I think now they're saying, uh-uh, we're going to stick to the rules, but I'm glad to see them say it publicly. There's a reason the framers of the Constitution gave justices life tenure. They're supposed to be immune or at least resistant to political pressure.
