How to Date Someone When You're Younger

I feel like at least for being me sometimes I feel like my personality and like the way I see the world is partly frozen in the year that James and I started dating. So then I feel like a little bit of my 18 year old self when I talked to him which is kind of weird. But it's nice right? When you get to avert to your like younger self it's very like a carefree no-f's given. Yeah. Like mentality and it's nice to be able to do that sometimes be a little immature be a little childish and the other person like totally understands like where you're coming from  and doesn't judge you for it at all.
