Last night i experienced something new, an extraordinary meal from a singularly unexpected source. To say that both the meal and its maker have chaneged my preconceptions about fine cooking is a gross understatement. They have rocked me to my cors. Not every one can become a great artist, but a great artist can come from anywhere. I remember sitting in my office listening to you record him for the film. And it was just, even from what, six thousand miles away, for me, it was like incredible just to hear that voice.
