The princess would visit patients at hospitals, even though they were horrible places with no mental health care resources of their own. She'd give them check for million dollars or go talk to some patients who had been treated by Prince Charles before his death. In one point when Protestant faction wanted permission to put a steeple on their church she said it was cool so no big deal do it.
