There are a number of organizations in the country that train people at our target audience to do jobs, but theyr subscale. One ten is trying to scale up the job training so that we can supply larger numbers tot companies. 64 or so companies have joined us in this effort. 25 thousand is not where we wanted to be, but from a standing start, it's a pretty good start. I think it's a question of people being more intentional about things like diversity in inclusion.
