I think I've also gotten over the whole fear of not knowing something. There have been times when I'm presenting the data visualization at Dashboard and they say, well, that number doesn't look right. It's so fun teaching other analysts who are not just learning what you're teaching, but they're analyzing every pixel of your slides. That for me is owning your confidence and role, but you're also owning the fact that you're an imperfect human being.
