What Have I Been Doing Everyday Since Pandemic?

i remind myself of the givings of existence every day. Sadness is a price that we pay for joy and love. We're experiencing the suffering of human existence right now. It's frightening and it's sad. But i also cept that it's completely outside my control. I can't control a global virus and the restrictions that exist to keep us physically safe. So what a what i've been doing really, and i said this on my my first mental help pad cast about the pandemic.
