Investing in Real Estate

When i invested in real estate, all i looked at was, i need to buy a property cheap so that i can resell it more at a higher value. And i always compare what i could return from investing it in bonds, investing in stocks, with what i can earn from an actual real estate invest. It's too much work for what i could get on average in the public stock market. That's a great point. I think that reats aren't an integral part of any acid alocation and something that we should be seeing in all our portfolios. But not to sound boring, stick to your knitting.
